In between engagements, Ron guest-lectured in MBA programs in California and Washington states (on topics as varied as strategic thinking, the Balanced Scorecard, and measurement and incentive systems), He also volunteered with a variety of community service progams and projects.
New Associate!
Ron is delighted to welcome long-time colleague Bob Mueller as another Associate. Bob is an established industry expert in product development processes, product quality, and warranty management. We’ve worked together on several R&D quality and warranty projects, and recently partnered on the R&D quality practices project.

Lynda Davis and Ron have partnered to deliver the COMPASS Team Leadership Coaching Program. This program bridges the gap between team-centered performance interventions and individual team member coaching by combining both into a customized format. We address the interlocked root causes of team and individual performance breakdowns to create sustainable performance and results.
