Who are we?
Ron’s Associates are independent consultants whom he has worked with at Hewlett-Packard and other firms. We've worked with manufacturing, networking, service, utility and internet companies, as well as public agencies, non-profit organizations, and NGOs. We've led programs that have increased the value of strategic partnerships and customer relationships, jump-started new leadership teams to high-levels of performance, and accelerated the successful execution of high-value business strategies. We've worked around the world with organizations of various scales confronting difficult strategic problems. Organizations just like yours.
What makes us unique?
We’re not just consultants; most of us have also created, directed, and been accountable for the results of organizations and programs like yours. We’ve invented and innovated when industry best practices and other consultants couldn’t meet our needs. We’ve been successful: we’ve been there, done that, and have the T-shirts (and the well-earned lessons) to prove it. Our multiple perspectives of owning results similar to those you require, and of consulting to a wide array of similar firms and initiatives, make us unique.
Why consider us?
We’re practical, seasoned consultants. We are not a firm or partnership; we are a network of people who know and respect one another. We work collaboratively and efficiently together on engagements within our areas of expertise. We have no shared overhead and no corporate commitments to maximize billable hours for one another – at your expense. We collaborate where it makes sense for you. If you’re uncertain about your needs or who should assist you, please contact Ron Benton directly.
